Aromatic Tour of the Amazon
14th Edition - XXIV Release of the Turtles.
Participation of Maria Aparecida das Neves
From February 20 to 26, 2026.
The Aromatic Tour of February 2026 offers a unique experience amidst the seasonal transition of Amazonian waters. The rivers are rising, yet the beaches still frame the landscape and reveal the turtle hatchery, where visitors can observe the young ones preparing for release. Under the waning moon, the nights are perfect for experiencing the starry sky while canoeing through the igarapés, where the tranquility of darkness enhances the vastness of the universe. The surrounding forest awakens the senses with sounds, scents, and an ancestral energy that connects each visitor to the essence of the Amazon.

Where is the Uatumã RDS?
The distance between Manaus and Itapiranga is 350 km. Access is via the AM-010 (Manaus-Itacoatiara), traveling 240 km until the junction with the AM-363 (Estrada da Várzea), where it continues for another 110 km.
Upon arriving at the port of Itapiranga, the journey continues by boat, lasting 1h30, to Pousada Mirante do Uatumã.
From February 20 to 26, 2026, we will welcome Professor Maria Aparecida das Neves, who will guide participants through a journey of self-discovery. Aromatically speaking, we all have a soul essence let’s find out whether you are emotionally a seed, a root, a trunk, a resin, a leaf, a flower, a fruit, or a spice. We will engage in guided meditations and practical exercises immersed in the Amazonian nature, allowing you to uncover what lies hidden in your heart. Through this, you will reconnect with your true aromatic essence and learn how to use it to heal your emotional wounds.
